Agreement Between User and The Indicator Store LLC

The Indicator Store website (the “Site”) is operated by The Indicator Store LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA. Access to and use of the Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our software (indicators, automated systems, and trading tools), all sales are final.

  • No Refunds or Exchanges: Once a product has been downloaded or the license key has been activated, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges.
  • Technical Guarantee: The Indicator Store LLC guarantees the technical quality of our software. If a product does not function as described due to platform or OS updates, we will provide the necessary fixes or updates at no additional cost.
  • Trading Results: Failure to achieve profitable trading results using our products does not constitute a defect. Decisions based on personal preference or a “change of mind” do not entitle the user to a refund.
  • Acknowledgment: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund once the digital content download has begun.

Intellectual Property and License Usage

The Indicator Store LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or professional trading purposes.

  • Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, decompile, or reverse-engineer any software purchased from this Site.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant that you will not use the software for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, or overburden the infrastructure of The Indicator Store LLC.
